Speaking of hair, I cut my hair off tonight:



The pigtails are slightly longer than 12 inches each. I am donating the hair to Locks of Love.

Don't worry kids, I won't walk down the street frightening small children and blinding passersby with my chrome dome. I will wear a wig. But I was seriously contemplating just skipping the wig.

I talked with a good friend from Portland the other night. She told me that she actually reads this blog, which I thought was interesting. It was good to catch up on things, too.

Work progresses. Many of my friends are involved in this. Tomorrow, I think I will go picket with them and take pictures, too.

I've been hanging around with friends now that I am taking regular days off of work. I went to a pool tournament (scroll down to the bottom to read about the Denver Detour) with D and C and D's daughter L and L's friend Ch. C bailed early (she had to be at work at 0430), and D, L and Ch all participated in the pool tournament. Fun to watch. After the tourney, we went to Ch's place. D got really messed up, but we continued to drink. Went to a bar (scroll down to read about The Barker) and drank until last call, then came back to my place and drank some more. By the time I dropped D off, it was 6am and was already light out. Fun times!

Work has been going OK -- just typical shifts and lots of rest when I get home.

Oh well, I'm off to bed.
