Link/Tip of the day:

Woohoo! A forum for bus geeks!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
More boring stuff about my life....
Well, yesterday was my birthday. The "big three-oh." And I had to work. Blah.
I enjoyed the 8th, though. I went to a Mike Doughty concert at the Fox Theatre in Boulder. I had a blast! I even got my pic taken with the Doughty-meister himself:
I guess that since this pic was taken after midnight, it was technically taken on my birthday.... What a present! :-)
The rest of the pics can be seen here.
The opening act was a spunky little rocker-girl named Erin McKeown. I bought her CD which she autographed for me, too!
Other than Oct 8th, I've been working steadily at the new job since September 16th. The 8th was my first day off, and I had to request it off! My checks have been nice, though. Now I am all caught up on my bills, which is a very nice feeling. It sucks when your cable company and your electric company both charge you "setup fees" to move your existing account to a new address. Fukkers.
Ja, my ex has been hanging out with me recently. I honestly don't know what to think of it.
I have made a good friend at work already. She's in a supervisory position, and has asked me to apply to be a supervisor with her. I am seriously thinking about it, although I like being a "worker bee" and just doing what I am told. Who knows? I will talk to my immediate boss about it later today to see if I am even eligible to apply, considering I've been with the company for such a short time.
Oh well, off to bed! It's been a long day. And to top it all off, I had to clear the snow off my car to come home. The first real snow of the season. Yay.
